When we interviewed prospective Realtors to handle the sale of our house, we were immediately impressed with Sheri’s level of detail in analyzing the market to help us determine the best listing price. Although we wanted to test the market at a higher price, we eventually sold the house (after many months and several reductions later!) VERY close to her original estimate. When experience talks, we should have listened!
