"In the summer of 2022 my 3 sisters and I (with our respective spouses) faced a difficult task: our mother had to go into assisted living and her house had to be cleared out and made ready for sale. Sheri is upbeat, knowledgeable, efficient, and readily available. We needed lots of help and Sheri was always ready with useful advice and recommendations. For example, when we learned that the house needed a new sewer line, Sheri worked it until she found the best choice for the job. Sheri helped us shrink the inevitable accumulation of clutter and furnishings which come with 70 years of living. She made sure the house was up to code. We relied on Sheri to set the asking price (which was higher than we anticipated). The staging and open house were beautifully done. Within a week, we had an offer for the full price, with the buyer declining any inspections and paying our closing costs. This couldn’t have worked out any better, and Sheri made it happen." |
