First of all, we have to thank our buyers, Tom and Ann Crist for buying our beautiful South Maplewood home. Without them, none of this would have happened. We hope they are enjoying their new home. We already miss our wonderful neighbors/neighborhood!
Next, we can't say enough about Lyn Bockert's extremely high level of professionalism throughout our entire selling and buying process. Your experience , calm demeanor and range of resources were invaluable. We truly felt we were partners with you in this journey, bouncing ideas off each other and reaching conclusions all along the way. Lyn, we can't thank you enough. Of course, it takes a team to get things done, and the picture wouldn't be complete without raising up her team, starting with Jenny Knudsen of Keller Williams. Always thorough, staying on top of updating numerous marketing venues from web sites to brochures to scheduling open houses. And, as if doing that wasn't enough, Jenny was always so upbeat and encouraging to us along the way. Thank you Jenny. We all know the deal is never really done until things are finalized at closing. What an extraordinarily terrific experience in working with Linda Warn of Partners Title. Linda is definitely on top of her game. Amazing. Thank you Linda. Our Andover townhouse wouldn't be reality without the highly professional yet very warm, friendly touch brought to the financing process by John Flynn of Alerus Mortgage. All of your years of experience helped us sail through, although we should have thought of some sort of golf reference to use instead of sailing! Thank you John. You might ask: how did the Crists first become aware of our house being on the market? They were out for a drive and happened to notice the Open House street signs, so many, many thanks are in order for Tony Albanito. And if Tony hadn't built our Maplewood house so well over nine years ago, it might still be on the market. Thanks Tony.
