Sheri helped sell my house! Now. I did almost all the prep work for selling my house by myself. Painting , Taping, Cleaning etc. And having Sheri for my adviser. It took a while. About 8 months. But she never wavered and always kept in contact. That being said.. It wasn't always pleasant seeing her pull up in the driveway or seeing her number on my phone. In a good way of course. She kept me busy and knew what it would take to sell my house and at a good price. We always went through the whole house and talked out everything. Even things that had already been done. Not missing a thing.Because codes change and sometimes you just miss something. And missing things is a no no with Sheri. She knows her stuff. After having all the conversations walking through the house... It was always my decision.. She laid out the different pros and cons and left it up to me. Working as a team. Her honesty saved me a lot of time and money. And gave me a bit of comfort. knowing that there wasn't going to be any problems. Sheri is a busy woman. And I know that answering the phone for a trivial question is not always easy. But when i had a question.. I knew that at the end of the day.. I was going to get an answer. No matter what time. When there were things that I could not do. She had the answer. She has a network of people and connections that can get the job done and done fast and correctly. That took a lot of stress out of a lot of situations. Sheri's taste in decoration.. while nowhere near my taste.. gets the job done. While my house did not look like anything that i would decorate my house like, looked fantastic. Clean neat and sharp. Very appealing to the eye. When the day final came to put it on the market. I was nervous. She had already been putting my house on the web site as "coming soon". We sat down and had a nice relaxing conversation.. She gave me some real words. Comforting.. Yet the truth. That all being said.In the first day and a half on the market. My house was shown 14 times. Some good reviews.. Some okay reviews.. No one saying price to high.. or any other negative thing. Mostly not what they were looking for. On the second day.. Not 36 hours into the sale... Sheri called with an offer from a buyer... Not only did I get what i was asking for.. I got more. All the hard work prepping and communicating, working hand in hand with Sheri paid off in a big way. I have recommended her to family and friends and even my kids. She is honest, hard working and completely informed about every aspect of what it takes in today's market to sell or buy houses. You couldn't do better having Sheri Wessel work for you!!
