"This was our second time working with Sheri. She helped us purchase our 1st rental property back in 2012. She was the perfect Realtor to guide us newbies through the process and she also gave us a lot of great information on being landlords. Fast forward 8 years & we’re buying and selling. When we started the process, our Credit Union was offering a Home Buyers program that saved you money and gave rebates at closing, so we felt obligated to explore and did come in contact with another Realtor that was in that program, so we decided to interview 2 realtors. We interviewed the other Realtor first & were very impressed, but the following evening we re-connected with Sheri. Within minutes of sitting down to discuss her marketing strategy for selling our home and finding us a new one, we were wondering why we bothered to talk to anyone else. We knew she was the one. Our first experience with her was only on the purchasing side, but she blew us away with her presentation. She was so prepared and in 1 meeting, she covered it all.
You get what you pay for and that was never more true than with Sheri’s plan for selling our home. From the staging & photographer, to the inspector and closing agent, all of the professionals she used were phenomenal. She did everything she said she would and everything played out just as she predicted. She was available for us anytime in the search for our new home. (I wonder if she ever sleeps) We had some very specific requirements for our new home and not once, did she try push us into something that didn’t meet our must haves, just the opposite, at one point, when we were dazzled by a home, she talked it through with us and reminded us of our priorities. She really listens when you tell her what you want. When we finally found the home for us, we knew there would be multiple offers, it was Sheri’s negotiating skills and experience in structuring our offer that won us a home in one of the most desired neighborhoods in the city. We will now retire in our dream home thanks to Sheri’s skill & work ethic. I recently referred Sheri to my sister who was renting and thinking about buying, within a month, she had her closing on her new home also. Our kids were so impressed with her that our daughter and Son in Law are already planning to work with Sheri next spring when they buy their first home. They will be in great hands because working with Sheri is like working with a trusted friend. " |
