We have both sold (a 2 bedroom townhouse just after the recession) and purchased (a 4 bedroom home on a lake) through Sheri nearly 5 years apart. When we sold, we walked in to the Keller William's office at closing, days before moving out of the state, not knowing how to proceed, and they checked and said Sheri would work with us. She treated our small townhouse as seriously as if it were an expensive house. There were some serious challenges, and she dealt with them all in stride. When we moved back, she helped us find a property to rent until we were ready to buy again. Nearly five years after our first meeting Sheri, we have just purchased our forever home. Sheri walked us through the process, told us exactly what to expect and when, followed up with our lender when needed, and made sure not a single thing fell through the cracks.
