"Sheri Wessel is a smart, funny and highly organized person. She did a tremendous job guiding me through the enormous task of getting my 100-year old house ready to be sold. She knows the housing standards needed to bring the house up to code before it can be sold, the approximate costs of the needed repairs, and can recommend the appropriate companies to do the work. She arranged for the cost of these repairs to be paid out of the cash I received at closing. Sheri provided all the legal forms and helped me to fill them out properly. She clearly explained how the closing would work and made all the arrangements. Throughout the 4-month process Sheri gently and firmly kept me on task and cheered me up when I felt discouraged.
